Send us the location and the plot size and we will tell you what it can realistically carry — including, sometimes, that it does not work. That answer is free and it has saved people a great deal of money.

Most people arrive with one of three things: a plot of land and no idea what it can take, a building that needs designing, or a development they want to get off the ground and are not sure how to fund in stages.
Whichever it is, the first conversation is the same. We want to know where the site is, how big it is, what you want from it and what you can spend. From that we can usually tell you quite quickly whether the idea works — and if it does not, what would.
We design, we develop and we build, so the advice you get is not separated from the cost of carrying it out. That is the whole point of the way the practice is set up.
The more you tell us about the site, the more useful the first reply will be.
The studio is in Yaba. Most of our work is on the mainland and the Island — houses, churches, commercial buildings, interiors and our own developments.
We work across Ogun State and in Ibadan — student accommodation, civic and cultural projects, public markets and masterplanning.
We hold an address on Nightingale Road in N9 and have delivered residential interiors and refurbishment across London, designed and project-managed alongside the Lagos studio.
Message us on WhatsApp with the location and plot size. We usually come back the same day.
